    高瓦斯近距离煤层采空区卸压瓦斯大直径钻孔抽采试验研究

    Experimental Study on Pressure Relief Gas Extraction of Goaf with Large Diameter Borehole inHigh Gas Close Distance Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 以小回沟煤业近距离煤层开采采空区瓦斯治理为工程背景,采用理论分析和现场试验相结合的方法,开展了近距离煤层采空区卸压瓦斯大直径钻孔抽采试验研究;对大直径钻孔采空区卸压瓦斯抽采原理进行了分析,并在2201首采工作面进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:1个大直径钻孔抽采影响范围为30~50 m,1个大直径钻孔的抽采纯流量相当于580个小直径对穿孔抽采纯流量,大直径钻孔累计抽采瓦斯纯量为701 120.67 m3,平均瓦斯抽采浓度为2.24%,平均混合抽采流量为166.3 m3/min,上隅角瓦斯最大瓦斯浓度0.67%,工作面最大日产量9 370 t,保证了工作面初次来压阶段的工作面采空区瓦斯治理。

       

      Abstract: Based on the engineering background of gas control in the close distance coal seams goaf in Xiaohuigou Coal Mine, the experimental study on the pressure relief gas extraction of goaf with the large diameter borehole in close distance coal seams is carried out combined with the theoretical analysis and field test, and the principle of the large diameter borehole extraction pressure relief gas of the goaf was studied, the field tests were carried out in the 2201 first working face. The field results show that the influence range of one large diameter drilling is 30-50 m, the net flow of a large diameter borehole is equivalent to that of 580 small diameter holes, the total amount of gas extraction is 701 120.67 m3, the average gas extraction concentration is 2.24%, the average mixed extraction flow is 166.3 m3/min, the maximum gas concentration of the upper corner is 0.67%, the maximum daily output of the working face is 9 370 t, which can ensure the gas control of the goaf in the initial pressure stage of the working face, and provides a reference for the gas control of the goaf under similar conditions.
