    • 摘要: 为了提高地面煤层气井组抽采效率,验证对接钻孔来实现煤层瓦斯的立体式联合抽采的可能性,以保德煤矿施工完成的1个主孔孔深为1 544 m对接钻孔为实例,介绍了对接钻孔轨迹的设计方法、设计原则和孔深结构,研究了对接连通技术和定向钻孔轨迹控制技术,分析了对接钻孔与地面“U”型井组直井的联合抽采效果。结果表明:煤矿井下与地面“U”型井直井对接钻孔可以提高地面煤层气井组抽采效率,对煤矿的瓦斯治理和高效开发利用具有示范意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the extraction efficiency of surface coal-bed methane wells, the possibility of realizing the three-dimensional combined extraction of coal-bed methane by butted drilling borehole is verified. Taking a main hole with a depth of 1 544 m butted hole completed in Baode Coal Mine as an example, the design method, design principle and hole depth structure of butted hole trajectory are introduced, the butted connection technology and directional drilling trajectory control technology are studied, and the combined pumping effect of butted hole and surface U-shaped well group is analyzed. The results show that the joint drilling of the underground and the vertical U-shaped wells can improve the extraction efficiency of the surface coal-bed gas wells, which is of exemplary significance for the gas control and efficient development and utilization of the coal mine.
