    • 摘要: 为了消除郭家河矿1308工作面回采作业中出现的煤自燃征兆问题,通过现场取煤样实验,分析煤自燃特性参数,确定以CO、C2H4气体为现场煤自燃标志性气体,分析了高抽巷未及时垮落状态影响下的采空区煤自燃诱因及自燃征兆凸显过程。现场采用以堵漏、降温、高抽巷降压控氧为主要手段的协同防控技术,通过对高抽巷内标志性气样检测,结果表明1308工作面内的CO浓度得到了有效控制,确保了工作面安全回采。

       

      Abstract: To solve the sign problem of coal spontaneous combustion in the mining operation of 1308 working face in Guojiahe Coal Mine, the characteristic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion are analyzed by the on-site coal sampling experiment, CO and C2H4 are determined as the index gas of coal gas spontaneous combustion. The causes of coal spontaneous combustion and the prominent process of spontaneous combustion in goaf under the influence of high pumping alley without collapsing in time are analyzed. The site adopts the collaborative prevention and control method of plugging, cooling and high pumping alley releasing pressure to control oxygen. Through the detection of index gas in the high pumping alley, the result shows that the concentration of CO in 1308 working face is effectively controlled to ensure the safe mining for the working face.
