    Air Leakage Technology of Micro Positive Pressure Sealing by Nitrogen Injection in Connection Roadway

    • 摘要: 为有效控制采煤工作面采空区自然发火,通过在工作面主运输与辅助运输之间联络巷道由快速密闭和结构密闭形成密闭气室,在结构密闭外安装气压管路,观测密闭气室、采空区与工作面巷道之间的压差,经注氮管路向密闭气室注入氮气,保持气室处于微正压状态。微正压密闭气室有效控制了气压力波动引发的采空区“呼吸”效应、减小了向采空区的漏风量,缩小了采空区氧化带宽度,较好防止了采空区自然发火,同时也治理了工作面回风隅角低氧和CH4、CO等有毒有害气体的异常涌出。

       

      Abstract: To control the coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of working face effectively, through the connection roadway between the main transport and auxiliary transport in the working face, a sealing gas chamber is formed by the rapid airtight and structural airtight. The air pressure pipelines are installed outside the closed structure to observe the pressure difference between the sealing air chamber, goaf and working face roadway. Nitrogen is injected into the sealing air chamber through the nitrogen injection pipeline to keep the sealing air chamber in the state of micro positive pressure. The sealing air chamber of micro positive pressure can control the “breathing” effect of goaf caused by the air pressure fluctuation, as well as reduce the air leakage and the width of oxidation zone. The method can prevent coal spontaneous combustion of the goaf, and control the low oxygen and the abnormal emission of toxic and harmful gases like CH4, CO in the return wind corner of working face.
