    • 摘要: 针对煤矿复采区复杂开采、多源漏风环境条件下,巷道松散煤体易发生大范围立体自燃火灾的问题,以郑煤集团宏达矿11071上副巷溜煤眼自然发火为例,分析了自然发火致灾影响因素及治理难点,采取了灌注高倍数阻化泡沫快速阻化降温、压注超高水无机固化材料充填堵漏防复燃的综合治理技术。通过现场分阶段实施和监测,有效消除高温自燃隐患,并防控隐蔽火源的复燃,保障矿井的安全生产和接续。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the loose coal in roadway is prone to large-scale stereoscopic spontaneous fire under complex mining and multi-source air leakage conditions in mining area, the spontaneous combustion of coal hole in 11071 upper auxiliary roadway of Hongda Coal Mine in Zhengzhou Coal Group is taken as an example, and the influence factors of spontaneous combustion disaster and the difficulties in control are analyzed. The comprehensive control technology of rapid blocking and cooling by filling the foam with high multiple blocking, the filling and plugging reignition prevention by injecting the inorganic solidified material with ultra-high water is adopted. Through the staged implementation and monitoring, the hidden danger of high-temperature spontaneous combustion is effectively eliminated, and the reignition of hidden fire source is prevented and controlled, thus the safety production and continuity of the coal mine are guaranteed.
