    Treatment Technology of Roof Watering in Ditch Driving Roadway of Shallow Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为了研究浅埋煤层过沟掘进时巷道顶板淋水治理问题,分析张家峁煤矿4-2煤集中辅运巷过沟处的地形地质条件,根据水文地质勘探孔和顶板探查孔分析巷道出水的原因,认为巷道淋水的水源是基岩风化带水,通道是锚索孔,提出封堵锚索孔的注浆堵水治理思路,对顶板水治理工程进行设计。实践证明:采用直接封堵锚索孔的方法,依次注入水泥浆、水泥-水玻璃双液浆和尿醛树脂化学浆,可以有效封堵过沟巷道的顶板大面积淋水。

       

      Abstract: To study the treatment problem of the roof watering of the roadway during the ditch driving of the shallow coal seam, the topography and geological conditions at the ditch of the 4-2 coal centralized auxiliary transport roadway in Zhangjiamao Coal Mine are analyzed. Based on the hydrogeological exploration hole and roof exploration hole, the cause of the roadway outflow is analyzed. The water source of the roadway watering is the weathered bedrock water, and the channel is the anchor hole. The idea of water stoppage by grouting is put forward to plug anchor cable hole, and the roof water treatment project is designed. The result proves that the method of directly blocking the anchor cable hole, and the cement slurry, cement-water glass double-liquid slurry and urea-formaldehyde resin chemical slurry are successively injected, the method can effectively block the large-scale roof watering of the ditch roadway.
