    A Device for Straight Drilling of Coal Mine Gas Extraction Borehole

    • 摘要: 介绍了保直技术、排渣技术以及退钻技术等3个直向钻进的关键技术; 针对煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔偏斜问题,开发煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔直向钻进装置;阐述了直向钻进装置结构和技术参数; 综合考虑装置的耐受应力强度,为钻杆接头和钻杆杆体优选了材料,进行了抗扭强度计算。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces three key technologies of direct drilling, such as straightening technology, slag discharging technology and backdrilling technology. Aiming at the problem of the deviation of the drilling hole for gas drainage in coal mine, a device for straight drilling of coal mine gas extraction borehole is developed. The structure and technical parameters of direct drilling unit are described. Considering the tolerance stress strength of the device, the material is optimized for the drill pipe joint and drill pipe body, and the torsion strength is calculated.
