    ZDY2-300LM Full Hydraulic Drilling Rig with Double Working Arms

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下大量切顶卸压定向预裂孔快速精准施工要求,采用多自由度变幅机构方式研制了整机结构紧凑的ZDY2-300LM型双工作臂全液压坑道钻机;利用LUDV液压系统解决了双动力头工作时相互干扰的问题,通过AMESim搭建简化模型并进行了仿真,结果显示,其输出流量和压力相互独立,互不影响;采用二位三通阀的水路方式解决了上卸钻杆孔内返水问题,增加了施工人员的舒适性。工业性试验结果表明:钻机调角速度快、变幅机构自由度多,钻孔定位精准,成孔质量好,施工效率满足工作面推进要求,较其他常规非专用钻机提高了67.5%。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the rapid and precise construction requirements for a large number of directional pre-borehole of roof cutting and pressure relief in coal mines, ZDY2-300LM full hydraulic drilling rig with double working arms is developed by means of variable amplitude mechanism with multiple degrees of freedom. LUDV hydraulic system is used to solve the problem of mutual interference when the two power heads work. AMESim software is used to build the simplified model and carry out the simulation research. The results show that the output flow and pressure are independent from each one and do not affect each other. The water way of two position three-way valve is adopted to solve the problem of backwater in the hole of loading and unloading drill pipe and increase the comfort of construction personnel. The test results show that the drilling rig has the advantages of fast angle adjusting speed, more freedom of luffing mechanism, accurate drilling positioning, good hole forming quality, and the construction efficiency meets the requirements of working face advance, which is 67.5% higher than that of other conventional non special drilling rigs.
