    Trajectory Control Technology of Bedding Drilling in Medium Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对递进式延伸钻进技术在现场应用中存在的主动探顶距离不明确、轨迹易出煤层、探查效率低等问题,提出:根据钻孔出煤特征,动态调整主动探顶距离;以加权平均法估算的煤层顶底板倾角,作为轨迹控制参考;主动探顶前轨迹出煤时,采用倾角比对及优先开下分支孔的钻进工艺。结合安山煤矿断层探查工程进行验证,结果表明:该工艺可有效提高中厚煤层顺层钻孔的钻进效率。

       

      Abstract: There are some problems existing in the field application of progressively extended drilling technology such as unclear active exploration distance, high probability of outside the coal seam, exploration inefficiency and so on. This paper puts forward some solutions. According to the characteristics of coal drilled out, the active exploration distance is dynamically adjusted. The estimated roof and floor inclination of coal seam by weighted average method is used as the reference of trajectory control. If the drilling trajectory exits the coal before active exploration, the technology of inclination comparison and priority to lower branch drilling can be adopted to control the borehole trajectory. Combined with the fault exploration project of Anshan Coal Mine, the method has been verified, the results show that the technology can improve the drilling efficiency of bedding drilling in medium thick coal seam.
