    Research on the Identification Index Weight Value of Coal and Gas Outburst

    • 摘要: 目前,我国广泛采用4个单项指标方法鉴定煤层突出危险性,并给出了各项指标的突出危险临界值,还规定只有4个单项指标的测定值全部达到或超过临界值,该煤层可鉴定为突出危险煤层。这样的规定忽略了不同指标参数在突出发生中的不同作用。2011年颁布的《煤矿瓦斯等级鉴定暂行办法》中补充了不同瓦斯压力及坚固系数值的突出鉴定判据,但忽略了△p及煤的破坏类型这2个指标的作用。指标权重值法补充了现有鉴定方法的不足,使鉴定结果更符合逻辑及实际。

       

      Abstract: At present, the method of using four single indexes to indentify the risk of coal and gas outburst in coal seam is widely used in China,the critical values of outburst risk of the indexes are provided. Only when the measured values of the four single indexes all meet or exceeds the critical value, the seam can be identified as an outburst risk coal seam. This provision ignores the different roles of the different indicators parameters in the outburst.Coal Mine Gas Grade Identification Interim Measures,promulgated in 2011, supplements outburst identification criterion of different gas pressures and strong coefficients, but which ignores the role of two indexes of △p and destruction type of coal. The index weight value method supplements the deficiencies of the existing identification methods, and makes identification result more logical and practical.
