    煤矿井下新型防跑车挡车栏的设计

    Design of a New Anti-car-running Barrier in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 设计了一种新防跑车挡车栏,采用起落和旋转同时进行的驱动机构,整体运行无需断轨,实现地面起落且适用于复合式巷道。通过理论计算和数值模拟分析了拦截应力、钢丝绳反力在撞击时的变化,从应力分析的角度调整和完善设计薄弱点,并对设计产品进行了现场撞击试验。结果表明:两栏体搭接处的强度直接影响着拦截效果,产品设计合理,产品通过了国家矿用产品安全标志中心的现场撞栏试验。

       

      Abstract: A new type of anti-car-running barrier is designed, it adopts the driving mechanism of taking off and rotating at the same time. The whole operation does not need to break the track, and realizes the ground taking off and landing and is suitable for the compound roadway. The change of interception stress and wire rope reaction force is analyzed by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, and the design weaknesses is adjusted and improved from the stress analysis. Moreover, the field impact test is carried out for the designed products. The results show that the strength of the joint of two railings directly affects the interception effect. The product design is reasonable and has passed the field collision test of national mine product safety mark center.
