    • 摘要: 为解决大断面巷道超前支护问题,以扎赉诺尔煤业公司灵露煤矿右四盘区401工作面回风巷为工程背景,根据实际地质条件及支护要求确定使用3×ZQL2×5200/21/42WD新型双列多节窄型迈步分体式超前支护装备,并分析了支护装备主要技术参数、布置方案、窄型四连杆机构设计方案、顶梁和侧翻梁设计方案及电液控制系统设计方案。实践表明新型双列多节窄型超前支护装备支护参数合理,在保持巷道顶板完整稳定的基础上围岩变形得到了有效控制,可以满足大断面巷道超前支护要求。

       

      Abstract: Taking the determination of large section return air tunnel of 401 working face of right fourth panel of Linglu Coal Mine of Zhalainuoer Coal Industry Company as the engineering background, according to the actual bolt support parameters, the main structure type of the advance support equipment is double row and multi-section with self-moving. On this basis, a new type of double row, multi-section and narrow step and split type advance support equipment of 3×ZQL2×5200/21/42WD is designed, and the main technical parameters, layout scheme, design scheme of narrow four-bar linkage mechanism, roof beam and rollover beam, and electro-hydraulic control system are given. The practice shows that the support parameters of the new type of double row, multi-section and narrow advance support equipment are reasonable, and the surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled on the basis of maintaining the integrity and stability of the roadway roof, which can meet the requirements of large section and trough advance support and automatic control.
