    Study on Caving Property of Top Coal in Fully Mechanized Caving Face with Double Inclined and Large Dip Angle

    • 摘要: 为了研究不同倾向角度对顶煤放出体形态的影响,以及不同走向角度和不同放煤方式对大倾角综放工作面顶煤放出率的影响,基于庞庞塔煤矿10#煤层综放工作面工程地质条件进行了放煤过程的数值模拟。研究发现:随着倾向角度增大,顶煤的流动速度加快,放出量增大,且顶煤在向倾向角度上端发展,煤岩分界面在放煤口的两侧由对称逐渐趋于非对称;随着走向角度增大,顶煤放出率不断降低,且俯采放出率高于仰采;在放煤步距为0.8、1.6、2.4 m时,顶煤放出率在走向倾角为0°时达到最大值;在走向角度一定时,放煤步距为1.6 m时放出率最高;在采放比为1∶2、1∶2.5、1∶3下,采放比越大,顶煤放出率增大;采用多轮顺序放煤具有明显优势,工作面煤炭放出率达到86.33%。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of different incline angles on the shape of top coal caving body, and the influence of different strike angles and different caving styles on the top coal caving rate of large angle fully mechanized top coal caving face, this paper carried out the numerical simulation of caving process based on the engineering geological conditions of No.10 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Pangpangta Coal Mine. It is found that: with the increase of dip angle, the flow speed of top coal accelerates and the discharge amount of coal increases, and the top coal develops at the upper end of dip angle, and the coal rock interface tends to be asymmetrical from symmetry on both sides of the coal caving mouth; with the increase of dip angle, the rate of coal released from top coal decreases continuously, and the rate of coal released from top coal mining is higher than that from top coal mining; the step distance of coal released is 0.8 m, 1.6 m, 2.4 m, when the strike angle is 0°, the top coal caving rate reaches the maximum value; when the strike angle is fixed, the caving rate is the highest when the step distance of caving is 1.6 m; when the mining caving ratio is 1∶2, 1∶2.5, 1∶3, the larger the mining caving ratio is, the higher the top coal caving rate will be; multi-round sequential caving has obvious advantages, and the coal caving rate of working face reaches 86.33%.
