    Analysis on Hidden Dangers of Staff Behavior in Xinglongzhuang and Research on SAE Closed-loop Management System

    • 摘要: 人的不安全行为是导致煤矿安全事故发生的主要原因,为了减少和杜绝不安全行为的发生,通过对兴隆庄煤矿职工行为隐患进行统计整理分析,深入研究不安全行为形成机理,基于马斯洛需求理论、风险分级管理理论、积分制管理理论等,提出建立SAE闭环管理体系,并将该体系应用于兴隆庄煤矿。研究应用结果表明:SAE闭环管理体系能够有效的提高职工的安全意识及现场的安全管理水平,人的不安全行为得到了极大的抑制,进而保证煤矿的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: Human unsafe behavior is the main cause of coal mine safety accidents. In order to reduce and eliminate unsafe behaviors, through statistical analysis and analysis of hidden dangers of behaviors of employees in Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine, in-depth study of the formation mechanism of unsafe behaviors, based on Maslow’s needs theory, risk hierarchical management theory, integral system management theory, etc., we propose the establishment of SAE closed-loop management system, and apply this system to Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine. Research and application show that the SAE closed-loop management system effectively improves the safety awareness of workers and the level of safety management on the site, and the unsafe behavior of people is greatly suppressed, thereby ensuring the safe production of coal mines.
