    Research on Green Mining Efficiency of Coal Enterprises Based on Two-Stage DEA Model

    • 摘要: 为探究绿色开采绩效改进的方法和思路,构建了基于企业层面的绿色开采效率评价指标体系,基于开采和环境治理两阶段组合DEA模型对其效率展开了实证分析,并根据其效率值以及协同度对国有煤炭企业现状进行了分析。研究结果表明:第1阶段开采效率总体水平较高,整体效率水平表现也比较稳定;而第2阶段的伴生资源综合利用效率水平波动较大,绿色开采两阶段效率协调水平仍有较大提高空间;因此,促进两阶段协同发展水平,有助于提高煤炭企业的绿色开采效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the methods and ideas of improving the performance of green mining, this paper constructs a green mining efficiency evaluation index system based on the enterprise level, and conducts an empirical analysis of its efficiency based on the combined DEA model of mining and environmental governance, and analyzes the current situation of state-owned coal enterprises according to its efficiency value and synergy. The results show that the overall level of mining efficiency in the first stage is relatively high and the overall efficiency level is relatively stable, while the comprehensive utilization efficiency level of associated resources in the second stage fluctuates greatly, and the efficiency coordination level in the two stages of green mining still has great room to improve. Therefore, to promote the two-stage coordinated development level is helpful to improve the green mining efficiency of coal enterprises.
