    • 摘要: 针对焦作矿区高瓦斯低透气性单一厚煤层,实施底板岩巷穿层钻孔抽采全掩护区域措施期间,矿井单产单进低、抽-掘-采接替紧张的难题,开展基于“三化一工程”瓦斯抽采精细化管理,并辅以钻孔施工作业防护系统等保障措施,进一步规范瓦斯抽采措施、提高瓦斯治理效果,在缩短瓦斯治理周期的同时,实现矿井瓦斯治理目标从“区域消突”到“安全高效”的根本转变。通过在古汉山矿16采区实施验证,煤巷掘进速率提升45%,工作面产能提升85%。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low yield per unit and unbalanced proportion of mining, during the implementation of the full cover area measures for drilling and pumping through the bottom rock roadway, in Jiaozuo Mining Area with high gas, low permeability and single thick coal seam, the fine management of gas drainage is carried out based on “three-modernization and one-project”, supplemented with the safeguard measures such as drilling operation protection system, to further standardize gas drainage measures and improve the effect of gas control. At the same time of shortening the period of gas control, the goal of mine gas control is changed from “eliminating outburst in area” to “safe and efficient”. Through the verification in the 16 mining area of Guhanshan Mine, the driving rate of coal roadway is increased by 45%, and the working face capacity is increased by 85%.
