    矿用喷浆粉尘控制技术的研究进展

    Research Progress of Mine Shotcrete Dust Control Technology

    • 摘要: 喷射混凝土(喷浆)技术作为新奥法巷道支护的主要手段,广泛应用于矿山巷道掘进支护。喷浆过程中难免产生粉尘,喷浆粉尘是煤矿井下主要尘源之一。介绍了喷浆粉尘的特点及产尘影响因素;从喷浆工艺出发,分别介绍了干式混凝土喷射技术、潮式混凝土喷射技术、湿式混凝土喷射技术及其产尘特点。基于国内外喷浆技术发展现状,综述了喷浆粉尘控制技术和装备进展:湿式搅拌除尘、无脉冲泵送、智能喷浆及喷浆保障技术。结合目前煤矿开采和职业安全健康需求,通过对比现有的技术及装备,指出我国喷浆粉尘控制技术的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Shotcrete technology, as the main mean of the new Austrian tunneling method, has been widely used in mining roadway tunneling support. Dust is unavoidable during the shotcreting process, and shotcrete dust is one of the main sources of dust in coal mines. This article introduces the characteristics of shotcrete dust and the influencing factors of dust generation. Starting from the shotcrete technology, dry concrete shotcrete technology, tidal concrete shotcrete technology, wet concrete shotcrete technology and their dust production characteristics are introduced respectively. Based on the development status of shotcrete dusting technology at home and abroad, the progress of spraying dust control technology and equipment is reviewed: wet mixing dust removal, pulseless pumping, intelligent spraying and spraying support technology. Combining the current coal mining and occupational safety and health requirements, and comparing the existing technology and equipment, it points out the development direction of shotcrete dust control technology in China.
