    Automatic Explosion Suppression Technology of Gas Transmission Pipeline

    • 摘要: 为了提高瓦斯输送管道的安全性,在矿井瓦斯输送管道中引入自动抑爆技术,将火焰探测技术与自动喷洒控制技术相结合,实现瓦斯输送管道的主动抑爆。选取CO2灭火剂为抑爆喷洒的灭火介质,进一步提高了抑爆系统的可靠性与灭火质量。通过实验室模拟试验证明抑爆装置能够快速捕捉火焰信息并迅速喷洒灭火介质,抑爆喷洒器6 m外无火焰信息。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the safety of gas pipeline,automatic explosion suppression technology is introduced to the gas transmission pipeline.Combining flame detection technology with automatic sprinkling control technology,active explosion suppression of the transmission gas pipeline is achieved.Taking the carbon dioxide extinguishing agent as the extinguishing medium of the explosion suppression sprinklers,the reliability and extinguishing quality of explosion suppression system can be further improved.Laboratory simulation tests prove that explosion suppression device can capture the fire information and sprinkle the extinguishing material quickly.No flame was found 6 m outside the explosion suppression sprinkler.
