    煤矿采空区自然发火多参数监测系统研究

    Study on Multi-parameter Monitoring System of Spontaneous Combustion in Coal Mine Goaf

    • 摘要: 提出采用气体分析法和测温法相结合来监测煤自燃特征信息的方法,针对采空区煤自燃特征信息特点,研发了采空区无线自组网温度监测系统,并集成煤自燃束管监测系统和安全监控系统系统,构成可对矿井采空区不同位置指标气体和温度同时实时监测的新型煤矿采空区自然发火多参数监测系统。重点在监测方法、系统集成、关键单元的设计和监测方案等方面进行了研究,该系统的研究对于早期发现矿井采空区浮煤自燃隐患,判断自燃危险程度,确定自燃危险区域提供可靠依据。

       

      Abstract: The paper proposes gas analysis and temperature measurement combined method to monitor coal spontaneous combustion characteristics information. According to the coal spontaneous combustion characteristics information in goaf, the paper researches and develops the wireless ad hoc network temperature monitoring system for goaf. Integrated coal spontaneous combustion beam pipe monitoring systems and safety monitoring system, new spontaneous combustion multi-parameter monitoring system in coal mine goaf for monitoring mine goaf different position indicators gas and temperature real-time is established. The paper focuses on monitoring methods, systems integration, the design of key elements and monitoring programs. The study of the system provides a reliable basis for early detection of the floating coal spontaneous combustion risk in mine goaf, determining the degree of spontaneous combustion danger, and determining spontaneous combustion danger zone.
