    Influence of Different Ventilation Parameters on Cooling of Driving Face

    • 摘要: 为了明确压风筒距离及抽、压风量配比对掘进工作面冷却的影响,建立了赵楼煤矿7302轨道巷机掘工作面1∶1等比例物理模型,运用AnsysCFD软件对压风管出风口与掘进巷道迎头端面之间的距离Lf(分别设为2.5、5、7.5、10 m)、抽风量和压风量配比B(B分别设为1、1.5、2)条件下的掘进工作面风流参数的影响进行数值模拟。结果表明:当Lf大于5 m时,工作区域的风流都能保持在0.3 m/s以上,随着Lf的增加,掘进迎头附近的涡流场变化加剧,当Lf=5 m,B=1.5时,巷道内工作区域平均温度27 °C,长抽短压混合式通风系统可达到最佳的通风降温效果。将数值模拟结果应用到赵楼煤矿7302掘进工作面通风系统优化后,对工作面内多个断面上的测点进行风速、风温测量,实测风速与数值模拟结果平均相对误差10.07%,实测风温与数值模拟结果平均相对误差1.60%,数值模拟结果较为准确。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the influence of the distance of the air pressure cylinder and the ratio of the pumping and air pressure on the cooling of the driving face, a 1∶1 proportional physical model of 7302 track along the tunnel face of Zhaolou Coal Mine was established, and the air duct was compressed using AnsysCFD software. AnsysCFD software was used to numerically simulate the influence of air flow parameters on tunneling working face under the conditions of distance Lf (set as 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 m respectively), ventilation rate and pressure rate ratio B(set as 1, 1.5, and 2 respectively) between the air outlet of pressure pipe and the end face of heading face. The results show that when Lf is greater than 5 m, the wind flow in the working area can be maintained above 0.3 m/s. With the increase of Lf, the change of the vortex field near the tunneling head increases. When Lf=5 m and B=1.5, the average temperature of the roadway in the working area is 27 °C, and the long-drainage and short-pressure mixed ventilation system can achieve the best cooling effect. After applying the numerical simulation results to the optimization of the ventilation system of Zhaolou Coal Mine 7302 driving face, the wind speed and wind temperature were measured at the measuring points on multiple cross sections in the face. The average relative error between the measured wind speed and the numerical simulation results was 10.07%. The average relative error between temperature and numerical simulation results is 1.60%, and the numerical simulation results are more accurate.
