    新型凝胶防灭火技术在大采高综采工作面自燃防治中的应用

    Application of a New Type of Gel Fire Prevention Technology in Fully Mechanized Coal Face with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 大采高开采工作面两巷道处采空区遗煤多,漏风较大,容易发生大范围采空区火灾。大采高采空区自燃火灾位置往往较高,发现自燃时温度通常也很高,一般技术灭火很困难。2019年红庆河煤矿发生大采高工作面采空区大范围自燃,采用ABT-Q型高效复合防灭灭火材料的凝胶及其气动配套防灭火装备,成功处理了该起采空区火灾。实践表明:该材料吸水倍率高,降温效果好,封堵漏风通道的性能良好,配套设备具有自动配比,出口压力高,移动方便等特点,适应了火灾防治的要求。

       

      Abstract: There are a lot of coal left in goaf at the both air inlet and outflow sides of large mining height face, where the air leakage is large, and large scope of spontaneous fire takes place easily. The position of spontaneous combustion fire in large mining height goaf is often high, and the temperature of the fire also very high when the spontaneous fire is monitored, so it is difficult to extinguish fire with general technology. In 2019, a large-scale spontaneous combustion occurred in the goaf of large mining height working face in Hongqinghe Coal Mine. ABT-Q type efficient composite fire-fighting materials and pneumatic matching fire-fighting equipment were adopted to successfully deal with the goaf fire. The practice shows that the material has high water absorption rate, good cooling effect, good performance of sealing air leakage channel, the supporting equipment with automatic ratio, high outlet pressure, easy to move and so on, and can meet the requirements of fire prevention and control.
