    Research on Resistant Explosion Extinguishing Material of Explosive Hydrocarbons Micro Encapsulation

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下爆炸性气体共存、煤体多自燃危险的复杂条件,通过研究不同的微胞囊对甲烷以及长链烷烃的包裹效应、隔氧效果及其影响因素,开发出了一种pH值为中性、可完全生物降解、完全溶于水的无毒生态型微胞囊高分子阻爆灭火材料及其生产制备技术。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the complex conditions that explosive gas coexist and coal has the risk of spontaneous combustion in coal mine, through studying parcel effect, oxygen barrier effect and its influence factors of micro encapsulation for methane as well as long-chain alkanes, it developed a resistant explosion extinguishing material and its production technology, the material’s characteristics included neutral pH value, thoroughly biodegradable, completely soluble in water, non-toxic, ecotype, micro encapsulation, and high molecule.
