    Optimization Design of Intrinsic Safety Pilot Circuit for Motor Remote Start and Stop

    • 摘要: 介绍了现有电机远程启停先导电路的类型以及存在的误启动、无法识别所有线路故障和供电电压降低工作不稳定等问题,提出一种优化后的光耦隔离式本质安全先导电路,详细阐述了电路的工作原理。试验测试表明:经优化的先导电路不存在上述问题,端口输出电容电感及最大短路电流符合本安规定。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the types of remote starting and stopping pilot circuits of existing motors, the existence of mis-starting, the inability to identify all line faults and the unstable operation of power supply voltage reduction, and proposes an improved optical coupler isolated intrinsically safe pilot circuit. The working principle of the circuit is explained in detail. Experimental results show that the optimized pilot circuit does not have the above problems, and the port output capacitance, inductance and maximum short-circuit current comply with the intrinsic safety regulations.
