    Application of Limited Torque Type Magnetic Coupling in Liuta Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对神东煤炭公司柳塔矿12123综采工作面400 kW破碎机所用限矩型液力偶合器存在的相关问题,分析了不同磁力耦合器的结构特点及原理,通过磁力耦合器与液力偶合器的对比,以及对实际应用情况进行分析,研究了适用于柳塔矿的限矩型磁力耦合器,通过有限元分析验证此磁力耦合器的性能参数,证明此限矩型磁力耦合器完全匹配柳塔矿用破碎机。

       

      Abstract: According to the relevant problems of the limited torque type hydraulic coupling used in the 400 kW crusher in No.12123 working face of Liuta Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group, the structural characteristics and principles of different magnetic coupling are analyzed. Through the comparison between the magnetic coupling and the hydraulic coupling, as well as the analysis of the actual application, the limited torque type magnetic coupling suitable for Liuta Coal Mine is studied. The performance parameters of the magnetic coupling are verified by the finite element analysis, and it is proved that the limited torque type magnetic coupling is fully matched with the mine-used crusher of Liuta Coal Mine.
