    Key Technology and Intelligent Management and Control Concept of Intelligent Construction of Open-pit Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 从行业背景、政策引导、管控理念的角度分析目前露天煤矿存在的问题,阐述建立智慧化矿山的必要性,研究了露天煤矿智慧化建设的定义、整体框架及建设规划,按照1+4的模式,即1个综合管控平台,4个层面(设备感知层、融合通信网络传输层、互联网平台层和软件应用层)进行智慧矿山建设,并规划了分期建设的具体内容,分析了智慧化建设过程中的关键技术,讨论了露天煤矿智能管控平台的重要作用及分系统组成。

       

      Abstract: This paper first analyzes the existing problems of open-pit coal mine from the perspective of industry background, policy guidance, management and control concept, expounds the necessity of establishing intelligent mine, studies the definition, overall framework and construction planning of intelligent construction of open-pit coal mine. According to the 1+ 4 mode, i.e. 1 comprehensive management and control platform, 4 levels(equipment sensing layer, integrated communication network transmission layer, internet platform layer and software application layer), we carry out the construction of intelligent mine, and plan the specific content of the construction by stages, analyze the key technologies in the process of intelligent construction, and discuss the important role and subsystem composition of the intelligent management and control platform of open-pit coal mine.
