    • 摘要: 为了得到真实的有效抽采半径指导本煤层瓦斯预抽,从瓦斯抽采的本质目标出发,以满足抽采达标要求为依据,确立了工作面日产量对应的煤层可解吸瓦斯含量这一核心判据,并通过反演相应的残余瓦斯压力,结合“压降法”形成了有效抽采半径测试方法。通过现场试验,由判定依据和测试方法得出1204工作面有效抽采半径抽采79 d时为1.5 m,以此指导工作面本煤层预抽钻孔布置,可满足抽采达标要求,回采期间上隅角瓦斯浓度0.28%~0.66%,实现了工作面安全生产,表明该判据合理有效。

       

      Abstract: In order to get the real effective drainage radius to guide the gas pre-drainage in mining-coal bed, this paper starts from the essential goal of gas extraction, based on the requirements of gas extraction up to standard, establishes the core criterion of desorption gas content in the coal seam corresponding to the daily output of the working face, and forms an effective measurement method of extraction radius by inverting the corresponding residual gas pressure and combining with the “pressure drop method”. Through the field test, according to the judgment basis and test method, the effective extraction radius of 1204 working face is 1.5 m when drainage time is 79 d, so as to guide the layout of the pre-extraction boreholes in mining-coal bed, which can meet the requirements of the extraction standard, and the gas concentration of the upper corner is 0.28% to 0.66%during the extraction, realizing the safe production of the working face, which shows that the criterion is reasonable and effective.
