    高层位钻孔抽采技术研究与分析

    • 摘要: 晋城矿区西部和北部属于高瓦斯矿区,瓦斯治理难度大。矿井开采过程中,采空区瓦斯大量涌出严重制约矿井的安全生产。为解决这一技术难题,岳城矿分别对采空区埋管抽放、地面钻井采空区抽放、采区回风巷高位钻孔采空区抽放技术进行了探索应用,取得了显著效果。为进一步提升采空区瓦斯抽放效率,保障综采工作面安全生产,岳城煤矿通过综采工作面高层位采空区抽放技术应用研究收集高层位采空区抽采钻孔抽放参数,分析采空区瓦斯抽放效果并进行高层位采空区抽采钻孔效果评价,获取高层位采空区抽采技术关键指标。

       

      Abstract: The west and north of Jincheng mine area are high gas area, and gas control is difficult. The large gas emission in gob seriously restricts the safety production of mine during mining process. For solving these technical problems, Yuecheng coal mine has respectively explored and adopted the drainage technology of gas drainage by buried pipe in gob, ground drilling gob drainage, high drilling gob drainage technology in return airway, which achieved significant results. For further improve the gas drainage efficiency in gob, ensure the safety production in fully mechanized working face, by means of applying and researching the higher level drainage technology in gob of fully mechanized working face, Yuecheng coal mine has collected the drainage parameter of higher level drilling extraction in gob, analyzes the gas extraction results of gob, evaluates the effectiveness of higher level drilling extraction in gob, through which the key indicators of higher level extraction technique in gob have been obtained.
