    Effect of carbon dioxide on coal spontaneous combustion characteristics

    • 摘要: 为了解决矿井煤火灾害对煤炭资源、生产设备、通风系统和大气环境造成的严重破坏,深入研究二氧化碳对煤样自燃特性影响规律,采集大柳塔矿煤样,利用热分析仪研究不同二氧化碳体积分数条件下煤样特征温度、放热量、表观活化能的变化情况。实验结果表明:随着氧气体积分数的增加,煤样特征温度对于二氧化碳体积分数的敏感性降低;二氧化碳体积分数越高,煤表面所能够形成的保护膜分布越广,厚度越高,对煤的氧化放热所带来的影响也不同;煤样的表观活化能随二氧化碳体积分数比例的升高而增加,且煤的表观活化能与二氧化碳体积分数的敏感性不同;煤样中二氧化碳的注入有效地抑制了煤自燃现象的发生。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the serious damage of coal resources, production equipment, ventilation system and atmospheric environment caused by coal fire disaster in the mine, the influence law of carbon dioxide on the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal samples was studied in depth. The coal samples of Daliuta Mine were collected, and the change of characteristic temperature, exothermic energy and apparent activation energy of coal samples under different carbon dioxide concentration was studied by thermal analyzer. The experimental results showed that: with the increase of oxygen concentration, the sensitivity of coal sample characteristic temperature to carbon dioxide concentration decreases; the higher the concentration of carbon dioxide, the wider the distribution of the protective film on the surface of coal, the higher the thickness is, the different impact on the oxidation and heat release of coal is; the apparent activation energy of coal sample increases with the increase of the proportion of carbon dioxide concentration, and the sensitivity of the apparent activation energy and carbon dioxide concentration of coal is different. The injection of carbon dioxide into the coal sample effectively inhibited the occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion.
