    The High Pressure Water Jet Reaming Outburst Prevention Technique for Rock Cross-cut Coal Uncovering in Deep Mine

    • 摘要: 针对大兴煤矿深部高地应力及高瓦斯压力复杂条件石门揭煤,采用高压旋转动密封水尾及三翼扩孔钻头,利用钻机带动钻杆进而使扩孔钻头旋转进行高压水射流扩孔强化卸压抽排瓦斯。该技术及装备能适用于不同角度钻孔,扩孔排渣顺畅,能显著提高煤孔卸压、抽排瓦斯效果,具有重要的推广应用价值。

       

      Abstract: According to rock cross-cut coal uncovering under the condition of high ground pressure and high gas pressure in the depths of Daxing Coal Mine, it used high pressure rotating sealed joint and three wings reaming bit, it used the drilling rig to drive drilling pipe rotating, so that reaming drilling bit rotated to carry out high pressure water jet reaming, which strengthened pressure relief for gas pumping-exhaust. The technology and equipments were suitable for various angle drillings, coal cuttings discharged smoothly while the drilling was being reamed, remarkably improved the effects of coal drillings pressure relief and gas pumping-exhaust, it had important value for extending application.
