    • 摘要: 大口径井固井套管外径大、质量大,采用焊接连接下放,其特殊的规格尺寸和连接方式要求下套管需采用专门的技术。通井工具及提吊工具根据套管规格单独加工;套管下放一般采用提吊浮力法,其核心包括浮力塞研制及套管防挤毁控制;浮力塞能够借助泥浆浮力,确保钻机以不大的提升力下放大质量套管,同时又为后续固井提供便利;防挤毁控制是在借用泥浆浮力的过程中,确保下入套管出现的空置段在井内泥浆压力作用下不发生挤毁破坏。实践证明:处理好大口径套管下放的关键技术可确保套管安全下放不受破坏。

       

      Abstract: The cementing casing of large diameter well has large outer diameter and mass, and is lowered by welding connection. The special specification, size and connection mode require the casing to adopt special technology. Through-hole tools and lifting tools are processed separately according to casing specifications; the core of the method includes the development of the buoyancy plug and the casing anti-extrusion control. The buoyancy plug enables mud buoyancy to ensure that the rig is able to lower the mass casing with little lift while facilitating subsequent cementing; in the process of using mud buoyancy, anti-extrusion control ensures that the empty section of casing does not collapse under mud pressure in the well. It has been proved by practice that the key technology of large diameter casing can be handled well to ensure safe casing running without damage.
