    煤矿井下穿层钻孔钻机模块化设计

    Modular design of crossing boreholes drilling rig in underground coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下运输巷、回风巷、底抽巷等常见钻场条件和全断面穿层钻孔施工需求,搭建了4 300 N·m转矩履带钻机通用化平台;采用模块化设计思路,快速开发设计了具有300 m钻孔深度施工能力的系列穿层钻孔钻机。钻机通用化平台包括动力头、夹持器等成熟装置和双立柱调角装置、给进装置、履带车体、液压系统等新型装置,为穿层钻孔钻机模块化快速设计提供了基础。根据不同巷道尺寸和井下运输条件,个性化设计了整体式履带钻机和分体式履带钻机,2款钻机均具有仰俯角/方位角调节范围大、机动性强、操作安全可靠等特点。

       

      Abstract: A universal platform of 4 300 N·m torque tracked drilling rig is built to fulfil the drilling construction in haulage road, return airway, bed plate tunnel and other conventional working condition in coal mine, particularly the full face crossing boreholes drilling. Adopting modular design idea, a series of drilling rigs with shallow drilling capacity of 300 m are developed and designed rapidly. The universal platform includes mature devices like power head and clamp, as well as new devices such as double column angle adjusting device, feed device, crawler body and hydraulic system, which provides the foundation for the modular and rapid design of the drilling rig. According to different tunnel sizes and underground transportation conditions, the integrated crawler drilling rig and split crawler drilling rig are designed individually. Both of them have the characteristics of large adjustment range of pitch angle / azimuth angle, good flexibility, safe and reliable operation.
