    A quality and efficiency test system of calcium hydroxide for mine respirator

    • 摘要: 研制了一套新型氢氧化钙质效检验系统。通过氢氧化钙pH值与氢氧化钙吸收二氧化碳的效率的对应算法,结合计算机编程技术和SQL Server数据存储技术,开发一套氢氧化钙质效检验控制分析软件,实现实验结果的自动分析与实验数据的有效管理。新型氢氧化钙质效检验系统其检验装置精度可达到0.001,检验流程耗时小于10 min,质效检验结论精确度可达到0.000 1。

       

      Abstract: A new type of calcium hydroxide quality and effect testing system has been developed. Through the corresponding algorithm of pH value of calcium hydroxide and the efficiency of absorbing carbon dioxide by calcium hydroxide, combined with computer programming technology and SQL Server data storage technology, a set of quality control analysis software of calcium hydroxide is developed to realize the automatic analysis of the experiment and the effective management of the experimental data. The accuracy of the inspection device of the new calcium hydroxide quality effect inspection system can reach 0.001, the inspection process takes less than 10 minutes, and the accuracy of the quality effect inspection conclusion can reach 0.000 1.
