    • 摘要: 张集煤矿14138工作面运输顺槽8#煤层施工,跨跃-550 m上下2个标高段的煤层段,-550 m标高及以下按突出威胁区管理,同时运输顺槽掘进中必须穿过200 m左右的高瓦斯富集块段。为解决这一问题,张集煤矿运用了综合治理方法,得以安全地通过了瓦斯富集块段,促使工作面顺利贯通,在掘进期间未发生瓦斯超限现象;同时为张集煤矿乃至淮南矿区的同煤层类似掘进难题提供了基础方法和依据。

       

      Abstract: The conveyor gateway of Zhangji mine 14138 face constructs along the 8# seam, crosses seam segment of -550 m upper and lower two elevation segment, -550 m elevation and below is controlled according to outburst risk zone, driving centre of conveyor gateway must pass through the 200 m high gas accumulation segment. To solve this problem, Zhangji mine uses comprehensive control method, safely pass through the gas accumulation segment, and makes face smoothly advance. The gas overrun phenomenon does not occur during driving period, which provides method and basis for similar seam in Zhangji mine and Huainan mining area with same driving problems.
