    Design of intelligent terminal of mine inspection instrument based on STM32

    • 摘要: 设计一种矿用巡检仪智能终端。以具有资源丰富,适合大容量数据处理与控制的STM32单片机作为控制单元核心,采用模块化设计理念,进行了智能终端的软、硬件开发;针对井下特殊环境,对电源过流保护和接口抗干扰硬件电路进行了详细说明;并依据巡检要求,完成软件设计。智能终端集成度高、实时更强、数据处理更高效,尤为适合于井下离线巡检。

       

      Abstract: An intelligent terminal of mine inspection instrument is designed. STM32 single-chip microcomputer with rich resources and suitable for large capacity data processing and control as the core of control unit, the software and hardware development of intelligent terminal is carried out by adopting modular design concept. According to the special environment, the hardware circuit of power over-current protection and interface anti-interference are described in detail, and the software design is completed according to the inspection requirements. The intelligent terminal has high integration, stronger real-time and more efficient data processing, which is especially suitable for offline inspection in underground mine.
