    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于本安直流电动阀的负压自动放水器。通过对直流电动阀的驱动电路、保护电路和控制程序的设计,采用监控电源箱提供的24 V本安直流电源直接驱动电动阀,自动打开或关闭放水器上的两通和三通球阀进行集水和放水操作,定时将抽采管路中的积水排出管道外。通过测试表明:基于本安直流电动阀驱动的放水器在高负压情况下能有效排出抽采管道内的积水,能有效解决机械式负压放水器存在的问题。

       

      Abstract: A negative pressure automatic drainer based on intrinsically safe DC electric valve is designed. Through the design of the drive circuit, protection circuit and control program of the DC electric valve, the 24 V intrinsic safe DC power supply provided by the monitoring power box is used to directly drive the electric valve, automatically open or close the two-way and three-way ball valves on the water drainer for water collection and drainage operation, and regularly discharge the accumulated water in the production pipeline out of the pipeline. The test results show that the drainer driven by the intrinsic safe DC electric valve can effectively discharge the water in the drainage pipeline under the condition of high negative pressure, and can effectively solve the problems existing in the mechanical negative pressure drainer.
