    The Technology of Measuring Seam Gas Pressure by Variable Diameter Pressuring Secondary Sealing Hole

    • 摘要: 针对复杂地质条件下水泥砂浆井下煤层瓦斯压力测试封孔存在的问题,提出了变径加压二次封孔方法,分析了封孔工艺的可靠性;根据有限元理论建立实验地点的岩巷模型,通过分析岩巷的应力分布情况,得到巷道塑性变形区处于距巷帮9.5 m的范围内的结果,为第一级钻孔变径位置找到了数据支持。现场应用结果表明,利用水泥砂浆变径加压二次封孔方法能够有效封堵围岩裂隙,为获得可靠煤层瓦斯压力数据提供支持。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems of underground seam gas pressure measurement sealing hole by cement mortar under complex geological conditions, the paper proposes variable diameter pressuring secondary sealing hole method, analyzes the reliability of the sealing process. Based on finite element theory, the rock roadway model of experimental site is established. Through analyzing stress distribution of rock tunnel, it is achieved that the plastic deformation zone is in the range of 9.5 m from laneway’s side, which provides data support for variable diameter position of first stage borehole. Field application results shows that the variable diameter pressuring secondary sealing hole method by cement mortar can effectively seal the surrounding rock fracture, which can provide support for accurately obtaining the original coal-seam gas pressure.
