    • 摘要: 针对某矿3407工作面初采期坚硬顶板难以垮落易造成支架冲击载荷、顶板冲击矿压、有毒有害气体异常涌出等难题,通过测定工作面煤层及其顶底板岩石力学参数,检测基本顶细砂岩的矿物成分并对其做饱水风干实验;使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件模拟爆破后岩石裂隙发展情况,制定深孔预裂爆破方案;利用岩层钻孔探测仪对爆破后的炮眼进行窥视,观测初采期间工作面液压支架载荷变化情况。结果表明:水对基本顶细砂岩的破坏作用非常小;LS-DYNA软件爆破数值模拟3.5 m炮眼间距可以形成顶板贯穿裂缝;3407工作面初采期顶板深孔预裂爆破切顶后,基本顶初次来压步距21.6 m,比上个工作面减少9.6 m,多采5 600 t煤,采出率提高14.4%,不仅解决了初采期坚硬顶板大面积悬顶的难题,同时提高了初采期煤炭采出率。

       

      Abstract: It is difficult for the hard roof to collapse in the initial mining period of a mine 3407 working face, which is easy to cause problems such as support impact load, roof impact pressure and abnormal emission of toxic and harmful gases, by measuring the mechanical parameters of the coal seam and its roof and floor on the working face, detecting the mineral composition of basic roof fine sandstone and conducting a water-filled air drying experiment on it, ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the development of rock fractures after blasting, to formulate the plan of deep hole pre-splitting blasting, the borehole after blasting is peeped by rock hole detector, to observe the load change of hydraulic support on the working face during the initial mining period. The results show that water has very little damage to basic roof fine sandstone, LS-DYNA software blasting numerical simulation 3.5 m hole spacing can form roof penetration cracks, after cutting the top of 3407 working face by deep hole pre-splitting blasting, the initial pressure step distance of basic roof is 21.6 m, 9.6 m less than the previous working face, more than 5 600 t coal mining, the recovery rate increased by 14.4%, it not only solved the problem of large area hanging roof of hard roof in the early mining period, but also improved the coal recovery rate in the early mining period.
