    Technique of Pre-fire Prevention and Extinguishing by Nitrogen Injection in Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Extremely Steep and Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 以乌东煤矿+640水平东翼43#煤层工作面为工程研究背景,分析急倾斜特厚煤层上方采空区高温残煤诱发综放面火灾事故特点及火患发生原因,制定N2防灭火方案并应用,实现了综放面连续3年不发火,为类似条件下防治火灾提供了可靠经验。

       

      Abstract: This paper was based on the engineering research of 43# coal seam working face of +640 level west-side in Wudong Coal Mine, analyzed fire traits and reasons in fully mechanized caving face which were induced by high temperature residual coals in the goaf on the top of extremely steep and thick coal seam, made fire prevention and extinguishing programs by nitrogen injection and applied, achieved that no fire happened in mechanized caving face in three years, provided reliable experiences for fire prevention and extinguishing under similar conditions.
