    • 摘要: 基于变频控制的提升机负荷不均衡系统,采用西门子PLC作为提升机控制系统核心,通过艾默生CT SPM系列变频器闭环矢量控制方式实现宽范围高精度调速、平稳启停,配置制动单元加能耗电阻实现位能负载和加减速产生的能量释放;系统具有转速电流双闭环矢量控制、电源滤波、能耗制动、高速计数、电流检测、制动油压恒定等功能;系统设有半自动、手动、检修等操作方式,根据工艺流程实现润滑泵、制动泵、电磁阀和变频器的正常启停,达到速度可控、负荷动态均衡处理、降耗增效的目的。

       

      Abstract: For the load imbalance system of hoist based on frequency conversion control, Siemens PLC is adopted as the core of the elevator control system and the closed-loop vector control mode of Emerson CT SPM series inverter is adopted to realize wide range, high precision speed regulation and stable starting and stopping. It has the functions of rotating speed current double closed-loop vector control, power source filtering, energy consumption braking, high-speed counting, current detection, braking oil pressure constant, etc. The system equipped with semi-automatic, manual, maintenance and other operation modes, according to the process flow to achieve the lubrication pump, brake pump, solenoid valve and frequency converter of normal start and stop, to achieve speed control, load dynamic balance processing, reduce consumption and increase efficiency.
