    Fire Prevention Technology for Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Laohutai Coal Mine

    • 摘要: "两线、两巷、两点、两区"火灾防治是特厚易自然发火煤层的技术难题。老虎台矿采用综合机械化放顶采煤方法开采特厚易自然发火煤层以来,"两线、两巷、两点、两区"的发火隐患曾经很严重。通过采取均压、充填、封堵、注浆、注氮、控制抽放浓度和负压等综合防火技术治理综放工作面自然发火隐患,形成了一整套完善、实用、有效的综合防治技术,得到推广和应用,为类似煤层开采火灾防治提供了技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: It is technical problem for fire prevention and control of “two lines, two lane, two points, two districts” in the extremely thick spontaneous combustion coal seams. Since it used comprehensive mechanization caving methods to exploit extremely thick spontaneous combustion coal seams, fire risk was serious for “two lines, two Lane, two points, two districts”. By using comprehensive fire prevention technologies, such as pressure balancing, filling, plugging, grouting, nitrogen injection, drainage concentration control, negative pressure and so on, to control spontaneous combustion risks, it had formed a set of improved, practical and effective integrated control techniques, which had been applied and expanded, provided technical support for fire prevention under similar coal seam mining conditions.
