    燕子山矿综放工作面综合防灭火技术

    Comprehensive Protection and Control Technology for Coal Spontaneous Combustion at Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Yanzishan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 燕子山煤矿8901综放工作面回采期间,采空区出现CO、C2H4、C2H2等气体,各气体浓度时高时低,且间歇性涌出C2H2,分析其原因主要在于上部采空区及小窑老空区向该工作面漏风造成采空区自燃。据此提出了在8901综放面回采、封闭期间采取包括均压通风、封堵漏风、采空区注氮和地面集中灌浆相结合的综合防灭火技术,应用效果良好。该技术对类似条件采空区煤炭自燃的防治具有一定的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: During the mining period of No.8901 fully mechanized caving face in Yanzishan Coal Mine, gases including CO, C2H4 and C2H2 appeared in the goaf, concentrations of which fluctuated severely, and C2H2 emerged intermittently. By analyzing this situation, it was concluded that it occurred coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf mainly because of the large air leakage from upper goafs and small pit goafs. Therefore, a comprehensive fire protection technology was put forth and applied for controlling spontaneous combustion during mining and closing period of No.8901 fully mechanized caving face which involved pressure balancing ventilation, sealing air leakage, nitrogen injection in goaf, and ground concentrated grouting, it had achieved good effects. This technology can be used for reference to control goaf coal spontaneous combustion under similar conditions.
