    采空区预埋高位套管注浆技术的研究与实践

    Research and Practice of Embedded High Casing Grouting Technology in the Goaf

    • 摘要: 针对大倾角综放面采空区容易自然发火,采用常规灌浆手段又难以有效覆盖采空区煤体的技术问题,研究探索了采空区预埋高位套管注浆技术。其技术原理是在工作面回采前预埋高位注浆套管,随着工作面的推进,通过预埋套管对采空区实施注浆。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the technical issues that spontaneous combustion easily happened in the goaf of large dip angle fully mechanized caving face, and conventional grouting was difficult to effectively cover coal body in the goaf, it studied and explored the embedded high casing grouting technology in the goaf. Its technical principle is embedding high grouting casing before mining in the working face, with the advance of the working face, grouting was implemented in the goaf through embedding casing.
