    • 摘要: 平煤股份七矿戊9-10-16070综采面为大角度旋转多层煤工作面,存在采空区浮煤多、推进速度特慢等多种自然发火因素。通过认真分析工作面的自然发火因素,采用了立体防火技术—架前喷洒阻化剂、架上打钻注MEA防火剂、架后埋管注水、采空区氧化带定点埋管注氮和动点拖管注氮的方法,有效地防止了采空区的自然发火。

       

      Abstract: The Wu9-10-16070 fully-mechanized face in No.7 coal mine of Pingmei shares is large angle rotation multilayer coal face,in which there are many kinds of spontaneous combustion factors,including much float coal in gob,special slow speed of the advancing,etc.Through careful analysis of spontaneous combustion factors at working face,stereo fire protection technology was adopted that contained spraying retardant before support,drilling on support and injecting MEA fire prevention agent,burying pipe after support and injecting water,fixing point burying pipe in goaf oxidation zone and injectng nitrogen,moving point dragging pipe and injecting nitrogen,which effectively prevented the spontaneous combustion in goaf.
