    • 摘要: 针对煤矿风险监测预警需要建立边缘端实时数据采集、计算,云端海量数据存储、治理、分析和预警的需求,提出建立基于边缘和云端一体化煤矿风险监测预警平台,为煤矿事故风险监测预警和煤监机构远程监管监察服务。设计了由煤矿、煤监局边缘端数据资源层和云端平台服务层、应用层构成的一体化煤矿风险监测预警平台;重点研究了边缘端与云端的数据交互,风险监测预警应用系统功能。应用结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,可有效提升煤矿的事故风险监测预警、监管监察部门的远程监管监察、精准执法能力,提升执法效能。

       

      Abstract: In view of the needs that coal mine risk monitoring and early warning needs to establish the real-time data collection and calculation at the edge, and storage, manage, analyze and early warn mass data at cloud, it is proposed to establish an integrated coal mine risk monitoring and early warning platform based on edge and cloud to provide services for coal mine accident risk monitoring and early warning as well as remote supervision of coal regulatory agencies. An integrated coal mine risk monitoring and early warning platform is designed, which is composed of the coal mine, the edge data resource layer of the coal supervision bureau, the cloud platform service layer and the application layer. It focuses on the data interaction between the edge end and the cloud, and the functions of the risk monitoring and early warning application system. The application results show that the system is stable and reliable, which can effectively improve the monitoring and early warning of coal mine accident risk, the remote supervision, the precise law enforcement ability of the supervision department, and improve the law enforcement efficiency.
