    Application of hydraulic reverse circulation coring in exploration of concealed geological abnormal body in coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对回采工作面隐伏地质异常体探查取心孔孔深较浅的特点,提出采用水力反循环取心方法。分析了在煤矿井下近水平孔状态下水力反循环取心的工作原理和技术特点,设计了Φ89Φ42 mm双壁钻杆、多个规格金刚石复合片取心钻头、双壁送水器、以及孔口密封装置等反循环取心配套钻具。在寺河西区矿井实施完成了穿断层、穿陷落柱的井下现场试验,结果表明:近水平孔水力反循环取心应用于煤矿回采工作面内小断层、陷落柱的探查是完全可行的。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristics of shallow depth of collapse column and fault coring borehole in mining face, the hydraulic reverse circulation coring method of horizontal hole is proposed. The working principle and technical characteristics of hydraulic reverse circulation coring under the condition of near horizontal hole in coal mine is analyzed. The Φ89Φ42 mm double-wall drill pipe, multiple specifications of diamond composite core bit, double-wall water feeder, and orifice sealing device and other reverse circulation core supporting drilling tools are designed. The underground field tests through faults and collapse columns have been carried out in Sihexi Mine, and the results show that it is completely feasible to apply near horizontal hole hydraulic reverse circulation coring to the exploration of small faults and collapse columns in mining face of coal mine.
