    • 摘要: 针对遥控钻机复杂的电液控制系统,故障往往难以快速排查及维修,因此提出建立其电液控制系统监控系统,迅速查找故障点。在分析典型负载敏感电液控系统故障特征基础上,采用对关键液压元件进出口压力与流量实时监控的方法,对电控元件通信、控制及精度周期性监控的方法,在控制器内比对判定监控元件的故障状态,提高遥控钻机的综合施工效率。

       

      Abstract: It is often difficult to quickly troubleshoot and repair the complex electro-hydraulic control system of remote control drilling rigs. Therefore, it is proposed to establish its electro-hydraulic control system monitoring system to quickly find the fault point. Based on the analysis of the fault characteristics of typical load-sensitive electro-hydraulic control systems, the method of real-time monitoring of the inlet and outlet pressure and flow of key hydraulic components is adopted, and the method of periodic monitoring of the communication, control and accuracy of the electronic control components is compared in the controller. The fault status of components is determined and monitored to improve the overall construction efficiency of remote drilling rigs.
