    • 摘要: 通过试验高压囊带注浆封孔技术,在确定注浆液体配方基础上,较好的解决了传统的聚氨酯封孔由于封孔质量差,抽采效果不理想的问题。结果表明,高压囊袋注浆封孔法使得钻孔周围的裂隙得到很好的充填,消除开孔时的漏气通道,又能使得钻孔得到可靠支护,保证钻孔的稳定,使得周围不产生新的漏气通道。试验钻孔抽放90 d之后,平均抽放浓度仍然达到了33%,效果十分明显。

       

      Abstract: Through the test of high pressure capsule grouting sealing hole technology, on the basis of determining the grouting liquid formulations, the problems of poor sealing quality, bad drainage results of traditional polyurethane sealing are solved better. The test results show that high pressure capsule grouting sealing hole method makes the surrounding fracture to get well filling, eliminate the leakage path of opening, and make the drilling to get reliable support, ensure the borehole stability, make the surrounding does not produce new gas leakage path. After 90 days of test drilling drainage, the average drainage concentration still reaches 33%, the effect is obvious.
