    液氮技术在我国矿井防灭火领域中的应用

    Application of Liquid Nitrogen Technology in the Field of Fire Prevention and Extinguishing for Coal Mines in China

    • 摘要: 液氮技术基于液态N2本身体积小、易于贮运的特点,充分发挥液氮抑爆、窒息、冷却等多种作用,采用直接向防灭火区注洒液氮以及液氮汽化为气氮向防灭火区注入的方法,可广泛应用于煤矿井下自燃火灾及外因火灾的处理,具有可防可灭且灭火后易于恢复的特点。实践证明,液氮技术可作为煤矿预防处理井下大型火灾事故的一项重要技术手段,对于保障我国煤矿安全生产必将起到重要的促进作用。

       

      Abstract: Liquid nitrogen technology was based on the features that liquid nitrogen itself is small, easy storage and transportation, it gave full play to the multiple roles of liquid nitrogen, such as explosion suppression, asphyxia, cooling and so on. It utilized the methods that spilling liquid nitrogen directly to the fire prevention district and liquid nitrogen vaporized to be gas nitrogen which was injected to the fire prevention district, these methods can be widely used to deal with spontaneous combustion and external-origin fire in coal mines, they had the characteristics that preventable, extinguished, easy recovery after extinguishing. Practice had proved that the liquid nitrogen technology can be an important means to prevent and deal with large fire accidents under coal mines, it inevitably played an important role for the protection of safety production in coal mines of our country.
