    Influence of intermediate principal stress on mechanics and acoustic emission characteristics of coal rock

    • 摘要: 为了研究煤矿因开挖而引起的安全问题,通过自主研发的地声过程模拟试验系统开展不同中间主应力条件下煤岩的真三轴加、卸载试验,并利用声发射探测系统记录煤岩在加、卸载过程中的损伤演化规律。结果表明:在真三轴卸载试验中,随着中间主应力增大,煤岩的破坏状态由剪切破坏转为局部剪切的张拉破坏再到整体屈服破坏;应力-应变曲线中,随着中间主应力的增大,中间主应力方向的应变由压缩逐渐变为扩张,体积应变由收缩转为扩容;Mogi-coulomb强度准则能较好反映煤岩在卸载时的强度破坏特征;应力差-声发射曲线图中,中间主应力增大使煤岩在加载阶段内部裂隙呈非稳定指数型增长且使煤岩在卸载完成阶段不再具备承载能力。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the safety problems caused by coal mine excavation, the self-developed ground acoustic process simulation test system was used to carry out true triaxial loading and unloading tests of coal rock under different intermediate principal stress conditions, and the acoustic emission detection system was used to record the damage evolution law of coal rock during loading and unloading. The results showed that in the true triaxial unloading test, with the increase in the intermediate principal stress, the failure state of coal rock changed from shear failure to local shear tensile failure and then to overall yield failure. In the stress-strain curve, with the increase in the intermediate principal stress, the strain in the direction of the intermediate principal stress gradually changed from compression to expansion, and the volume strain changes from contraction to expansion. Mogi-coulomb strength criterion can better reflect the strength failure characteristics of coal rock during unloading. In the AE curve, the increase in the intermediate principal stress caused the unstable exponential growth of the internal cracks in the loading stage of coal rock and made the coal rock no longer have the bearing capacity in the unloading stage.
