    单巷快速掘进技术在斜沟煤矿的应用

    Application of single lane rapid driving technology in Xiegou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 以矿井煤层赋存条件和综掘技术为研究对象,深入研究了3~5 m厚煤层悬臂掘进机、巷道支架、跨胶带锚杆钻车、永磁胶带机及自移机尾等当前国内掘支运前沿设备,完成了单巷快速掘进技术配套设备的一体化设计、关键技术参数并创新掘进工艺。从根源上解决了综掘掘与支互相制约、互相影响的问题,初步实现了掘支运的连续平行作业,是对综掘技术的一次变革,将掘进效率提高了1.5倍以上。应用结果表明,单巷快速掘进技术保障了掘支运配套装备的协同作业和连续掘进,从2019年底到2020年二季度初试验以来,已将单进水平由原先的322 m/月提高到现在的485 m/月,效果明显,成为矿井生产接替的重要技术支撑,开创了晋西北地区千万吨级矿井单巷快速掘进技术的先河。

       

      Abstract: We take coal seam occurrence conditions and general fully mechanized excavation technology as the research object, and carry out the study of 3-5 m thick coal seam cantilever tunneling machine, roadway support, straddle belt bolt drill car, permanent magnet belt drive and self-moving tail and other current domestic excavating and supporting frontier equipment. The cutting-edge equipment for excavation, support and transportation has completed the integrated design of supporting equipment for single lane rapid excavation technology, key technical parameters and innovative excavation technology. From the root cause, the problem of mutual restriction and mutual influence between ordinary comprehensive excavation and support has been solved, and the continuous parallel operation of excavation and support transportation has been initially realized. It is a revolution to ordinary comprehensive excavation technology and has increased the excavation efficiency by more than 1.5 times. The application results show that the single lane rapid excavation technology guarantees the coordinated operation and continuous excavation of supporting equipment for excavation, support and transportation. From the end of 2019 to the beginning of the second quarter of 2020, the single entry level has been increased from the original 322 m/mon to the present 485 m/mon, the effective is obvious, and it has become an important technical support for mine production succession, creating a precedent for single-lane rapid excavation technology for 10 million-ton mines in northwestern Shanxi Province.
